"Real Estate is not a job – it is a business.  This is a 7 day a week profession that requires you to be organized, on top of your game every day and use all technical opportunities available."

  • I believe in using computers, digital cameras to the fullest.  For example, emailing potential clients dozens of pictures after previewing homes and listings is fast, convenient for clients and professional.  Setting clients up to automatically be sent new listings the day they hit the market is important.
  •  You must have one if not two good web sites that are current and allow clients a location where they can visit and obtain additional information.  My domain names are,,,, all are directed to two websites.
  • You must have a very good computer data base to access contacts and potential buyers of properties. A good data base allows you to send out multiple messages on new listings with minimal effort to hundreds of contacts.

To be successful in real estate, you must think smart, communicate effectively, and be organized using everything available to you. You need to be seasoned, have lots of good relations with other real estate agents from both your office and all other offices. And most important you must like what you are doing.  This is a full time second career for me and I love it!"

My objective – Be honest, straight forward and treat everyone the same and make everyone believe they are my only client.
